Tracking weight on GLP-1
Daily weight can bounce for reasons that have nothing to do with long-term progress. On GLP-1 medications, a calmer approach usually works better: fewer weigh-ins, clearer trends, and optional progress photos.
A simple weight routine
- Pick a cadence you can keep, such as a few mornings each week.
- Weigh under similar conditions when possible.
- Look at the multi-week line, not one noisy day.
- Add progress photos if visual change matters more to you than the number alone.
Put weight next to context
Weight makes more sense beside dose changes, protein, hydration, and side effects. Mely keeps those together so you can see the broader story instead of staring at a single data point.
